Youth Conference

The goal of this conference is to present sound doctrines, help the attendees develop impactful relationships with their peers, and introduce people who’ve never heard the gospel to the life-changing truths found in the Word of God.We had a well discussed and knowledgable session in SMU Events Conference, Karama, Dubai on 12th Aug, 2023.

Knowledge. Integrity. Respect.

It's not only about the decision of moving wordly or godly, we have discussed about the major challenges that the teens face during this adolescent age. Having subjected to the knowledge of biblical discipline, we covered key concepts including, concentrate on self worth, being assertive over mistreatment, having respect toward elders and importance of working for Christ.

It is quite easier to have these sessions with activities and games entertaining teens with lots of fun.

However, its always challenging to get them concentrated for 3 hours on a stretch with minor breaks, besides, not or limited access to the mobiles. Its just the work of Holy Spirit and his guidance all thorough!!

Some things never change. Having access to sin, closer, Young people need something to hold on for godly life and something to hope. Deep beneath the complacency is a generation of young people wondering, “Is there not a cause?” Indeed there is! And this is their time to fulfill it.

"Even youths grow tired and weary, and young men stumble and fall; but those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint"

This word from Isaiah is something that we focused through the session, aiming hope!!

The best way to not feel hopeless is to get up and do something. Don’t wait for good things to happen to you. If you go out and make some good things happen, you will fill the world with hope, you will fill yourself with hope!! EGIM supports this comment and ensure we doing something to create a positive impact in the teens lives.

We emphasize the concepts of Timothy. Never speak harshly to an older man, but appeal to him respectfully as you would to your own father. Talk to younger men as you would to your own brothers. Treat older women as you would your mother, and treat younger women with all purity.

It is a known fact that many people are hurt, worried, anxious, without hope. One word could transform their outlook on life. And the Lord is looking for those who would be His messengers, who could go & bring a good message to those people, the message of hope. You can be one of them. EGIM concentrates and executing the same!!
