As we step into a new year, it’s a perfect time to reflect on God’s faithfulness in the past and embrace the future with hope and trust in His promises. The Bible reminds us in Isaiah 43:18-19, “Forget the former things; do not dwell on the past. See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it?” This verse encourages us to leave behind past disappointments, failures, and regrets, knowing that God is always at work, creating new opportunities and blessings in our lives.
As we embrace this new year, let’s commit to seeking God’s guidance, showing love to others, and growing in our faith. With Christ as our foundation, we can face the future with confidence, knowing He walks with us every step of the way. May this new year be filled with hope, joy, and countless blessings as we trust in God’s unfailing promises. 🌿✨

No matter what challenges life brings, the Bible reminds us that God is always in control. Isaiah 41:10 says, “Do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.” This powerful promise assures us that God’s sovereign hand is guiding us, even when circumstances seem uncertain.
Trusting God’s control means believing that His plans are perfect, even when we don’t understand them. Romans 8:28 reminds us, “And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love Him.” While life may feel chaotic, God sees the bigger picture and works everything according to His purpose.
By surrendering our worries to Him, we find peace, knowing that God’s power, love, and wisdom are greater than any challenge we face. He is always in control.

Working for Christ means dedicating our lives, talents, and efforts to serve God and reflect His love in everything we do. It’s not limited to church work but extends to how we treat others, approach our jobs, and live out our faith daily. Colossians 3:23 reminds us, “Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters.” This means approaching every task with integrity, love, and excellence, knowing that we ultimately serve Christ.
Serving Christ also involves sharing the gospel, helping those in need, and being a light in dark places. Matthew 5:16 says, “Let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven.” Whether through kind words, selfless acts, or simply living by God’s principles, our work becomes a testimony of His grace. When we work for Christ, we find true purpose, fulfillment, and eternal reward.

The Gospel is the good news of God's love and salvation offered to all through Jesus Christ. It begins with the understanding that God created humanity for a relationship with Him, but sin entered the world, separating us from His presence. Romans 3:23 states, “For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.” The consequence of sin is spiritual death, but God, in His mercy, provided a way for us to be saved.
That way is Jesus Christ, God’s Son, who came to earth, lived a sinless life, and died on the cross to pay for our sins. Romans 5:8 says, “But God demonstrates His own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.” His resurrection on the third day proved His victory over sin and death, offering eternal life to those who believe.

Following Christ is essential because it leads to true purpose, peace, and eternal life. Jesus Himself said, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me” (John 14:6). By following Christ, we align our lives with God’s will, finding direction and strength for every challenge we face.
Christ’s teachings guide us to live with love, compassion, forgiveness, and humility. Matthew 16:24 says, “Whoever wants to be my disciple must deny themselves and take up their cross and follow me.” This means surrendering selfish desires and living according to God's principles.
Following Christ also brings peace and hope, even in difficult times, because we trust in His promises. Most importantly, it leads to eternal life, as John 3:16 assures us. Ultimately, following Christ transforms our lives, helps us impact others positively, and prepares us for eternity with God.

The birth of Jesus is one of the most significant events in history because it represents God’s love and His plan for humanity's salvation. Jesus’ birth fulfilled Old Testament prophecies, such as Isaiah 7:14, “The virgin will conceive and give birth to a son, and will call him Immanuel,” meaning “God with us.” Through Jesus, God came to dwell among us, bridging the gap between heaven and earth.
Jesus was born not as a king in a palace but humbly in a manger, symbolizing that His love and salvation are for all people, regardless of status. His birth marked the beginning of God's redemption plan, leading to His sacrifice on the cross for our sins. Luke 2:10-11 declares, “I bring you good news that will cause great joy for all the people. Today… a Savior has been born to you; he is the Messiah, the Lord.”

The Bible promises that God renews our strength when we feel weary and overwhelmed. Isaiah 40:31 reminds us, “But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.” This powerful verse shows that true strength comes not from our own efforts but from trusting God.
Life’s challenges can drain us, but when we lean on God through prayer, His Word, and faith, He restores our energy and fills us with peace. Psalm 73:26 says, “My flesh and my heart may fail, but God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever.”
By staying close to God, we can face each day with renewed strength, hope, and confidence.

Living in the right way means following God’s truth, showing love, and making choices that honor Him. Proverbs 4:11 says, “I instruct you in the way of wisdom and lead you along straight paths.” God calls us to live with integrity, kindness, and humility, seeking His guidance in all we do.
Jesus taught us to love God and others, forgive, and walk in righteousness. Micah 6:8 reminds us, “To act justly and to love mercy and to walk humbly with your God.” When we live according to His ways, we find peace, joy, and purpose.
Even when faced with challenges, choosing honesty, faithfulness, and compassion leads to a fulfilling life. By obeying God's Word, we walk in His blessings and reflect His love to the world.

The Bible is the true Word of God, divinely inspired and full of wisdom, guidance, and truth. 2 Timothy 3:16 declares, “All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting, and training in righteousness.” This means every word in the Bible comes from God and carries His authority.
The Bible is not just a historical book; it is alive and powerful. Hebrews 4:12 says, “For the word of God is alive and active, sharper than any double-edged sword.” It transforms lives, provides hope, and reveals God’s plan for humanity.
Through prophecy, fulfilled promises, and its life-changing message, the Bible proves to be true. As we read and follow it, we grow closer to God and walk in His truth. The Bible is our ultimate guide for faith and life.

Being on God’s mission means actively sharing the Gospel and living out His purpose. Jesus gave us the Great Commission in Matthew 28:19-20, saying, “Go and make disciples of all nations… teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you.” This mission is for every believer—to spread His love, truth, and salvation to the world.
God’s mission isn’t just for pastors or missionaries; it’s for all who follow Christ. Whether through preaching, serving, or simply living a life that reflects Jesus, we help fulfill His plan. Romans 1:16 says, “For I am not ashamed of the gospel, because it is the power of God that brings salvation.”
When we commit to God’s mission, we become His hands and feet, bringing light to a world in need. Every act of love and faithfulness glorifies Him

Shepherds play a significant role in the Bible, symbolizing guidance, protection, and humility. In Psalm 23:1, David declares, “The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want,” showing God’s care for His people. Shepherds were among the first to hear about Jesus' birth when angels announced the good news in Luke 2:8-12, highlighting God’s love for the humble and faithful.
Jesus also calls Himself the Good Shepherd in John 10:11, saying, “I am the good shepherd. The good shepherd lays down his life for the sheep.” This reflects His sacrificial love for us. Shepherds in the Bible remind us of God’s guidance and provision.

The Holy Spirit empowers you to live and work with Christ-likeness. Spirituality has to do with your character and conduct, regardless of where you work. Jesus gives the Holy Spirit to help you live in a way that pleases Him. God promises rewards to people in everyday job, based on their attitude and conduct. (Ephesians 6:7-9) “Serve wholeheartedly, as if you were serving the Lord, not men, because you know that the Lord will reward everyone for whatever good he does, whether he is slave or free. And masters, treat your slaves in the same way. Do not threaten them, since you know that he who is both their Master and yours is in heaven, and there is no favoritism with him.”

Putting the mission first is a matter of setting priorities. It is an act of the mind. A follower of Jesus Christ needs to have the mind made up that the Lord’s mission is to be life’s priority. However, it is not enough to know to do right. The heart must also be invested in the mission. The heart of a person drives the emotions to do that thing that the sprit longs to have. Without heart, a person will have only good intentions and beliefs without actually fulfilling God’s purpose for life.

As David and his army subdued the territory that God had given to the Israelites, they came upon the seemingly impregnable fortress of Jebus. The city sat upon a hill and was surrounded by high walls. The people felt so secure that they declared that the lame and the children could defend the city. David would not accept defeat. He noted that the only way into the city was through the water shafts that led from the interior of the city to the bottom of the hill. In a complimentary passage we discover that David declared that the first soldier that went through the shafts would become the commander-in-chief of his army. Joab led his army though the shafts, into the city, and defeated the fortified enemy.

The reality is that as we develop in our relationship with Christ we move toward the “Father” level of maturity. At that level of spiritual maturity God entrusts each of us with the task of nurturing spiritual children. From pastor and elders on down, everyone is a “father” to someone and the principles of nurturing apply. All of us need to take to heart this nurturing responsibility. Discipling and the nurturing go hand in hand.
Beyond that, there will always be relationships of authority in this world to which these principles clearly apply. Paul reveals how sons of the kingdom should approach service to God and others in this world. All of us serve someone, here is how it is to be approached.

It is easy for people to live life and go back to heaven from where the soul came from. But it is difficult for a mighty god who is called to be Holy through out the eternity, leaving Heaven and living amongst the sinners in this world.
However, it is very clearly written in the word of God, the dimensions and the grandeur of God's creation in Revelation 21. The most exciting journey that a human can take during his life is to go on a journey to heaven through the glimpse that has been given by Jesus Christ, The Word God

Religious pride can blind us to God's grace. Both rebellion and self-righteousness separate us from God. The older son, angry at the celebration, represents the Pharisees who resented Jesus welcoming sinners. He sees his service as slavery, revealing a heart distant from the father despite physical proximity. The father gently reminds him, "All that I have is yours." The older son had access to blessings but lacked understanding of grace.

Respecting Jesus' love means recognizing the depth of His sacrifice, living according to His teachings, and sharing that love with others. Jesus’ love is unmatched, as He willingly gave His life on the cross to save humanity from sin. John 15:13 says, “Greater love has no one than this: to lay down one’s life for one’s friends.” This ultimate act of love shows how much Jesus values each person, regardless of their past or flaws. Respecting His love means acknowledging this sacrifice with gratitude and allowing it to transform how we live.

Joy in the Gospel comes from knowing Jesus, His love, and the salvation He offers. Luke 2:10 says, “I bring you good news that will cause great joy for all the people.” Through faith in Christ, we experience true, lasting joy that strengthens and gives us hope.

Authority
If you want to walk in authority, you have to walk like Jesus. If you pretend to have authority through your own power, you will not have the authority that makes the demons flee or the mountains move. We all have shortcomings, but in Christ, authority doesn’t only apply to the shepherds, but also to the sheep. We walk as sheep in a society full of wolves. When we see Luke 10:3, wolves signify persecution, not retaliation from the devil. It’s not the devil but the world that will attack a person who walks in the authority of Jesus Christ.
